Do you work for cash?

No, we do not. Contractors that work for cash do not provide invoices, warranties, or insurance, and this practice is illegal. We always provide a detailed quotation so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we carry $2 million in general liability insurance and are covered by WSIB or WCB.

How do you handle work and renovations?

We follow an approved quote along with a detailed plan that outlines each step of the project. This ensures that work is completed on time and within budget.

Do you have any references?

What are your payment terms?

We require a deposit when scheduling an approved quotation, with the balance due upon completion. Larger projects are paid in installments as detailed in the quote, while smaller jobs are paid upon completion. We accept VISA, MasterCard, cheques, e-transfers, and cash.

How do you handle unexpected problems with a job?

Communication is key. We do not surprise our clients with unforeseen costs. If any issues arise during the project, we discuss them with you right away. Our franchisees have the full support of our franchisor, ensuring that any challenge is handled professionally.
